Daytona Beach Police Department

•Shane M. Cox, 19, of Daytona Beach, was arrested Oct. 9 and charged with fleeing/attempt to elude law enforcement, driving without a driver’s license and resisting an officer without violence. Bail was set at $3,000.

•Tyrone Lawton, 54, of Daytona Beach, was arrested Oct. 9 and charged with possession of paraphernalia and cocaine and consuming adjacent to alcohol beverage establishment. Bail was set at $2,100.

•Sean L. Bray, 28, of Daytona Beach, was arrested Oct. 9 and charged with possession of Fentanyl and cannabis and fleeing or attempting to elude lights and siren active. Bail was set at $7,000.

•Brandi L. Brock, 33, of Daytona Beach, was arrested Oct. 9 and charged with possession of Fentanyl, a Schedule IV substance, paraphernalia and cocaine. Bail was not set.

•Andrew I. Levine, 49, of Daytona Beach, was arrested Oct. 9 and charged with possession of paraphernalia and a drug offense. Bail was set at $2,000.

•James A. Bethea, 28, of Daytona Beach, was arrested Oct. 10 and charged with grand theft of a motor vehicle and fleeing or attempting to elude. Bail was set at $5,000.

•Shawn Timothy Shofner, 42, of Daytona Beach, was arrested Oct. 10 and charged with a drug offense, possession of fake driver’s license, possession of paraphernalia and resisting an officer without violence. Bail was set at $8,500.

•Edward J. Poelinitz, 51, of Daytona Beach, was arrested Oct. 10 and charged with burglary of an unoccupied conveyance. Bail was not set.

•Rondell L. Bennett, 47, of Daytona Beach, was arrested Oct. 10 and charged with unlawful attached registration license plate not assigned, no valid driver’s license and fleeing or attempting to elude. Bail was set at $3,500.

•Jaymien M. Cave, 21, of Daytona Beach, was arrested Oct. 11 and charged with traffick methamphetamine, flee/attempt elude reckless with serious injury or death, possession of MDMA with intent to sell, conspiracy to engage in trafficking, resisting an officer without violence and possession of paraphernalia. Bail was not set.

•Montel D. Carr, 23, of Daytona Beach, was arrested Oct. 11 and charged with resisting an officer without violence and possession of MDMA. Bail was set at $3,000.

•Shantazia Mona Howard, 25, of Daytona Beach, was arrested Oct. 11 and charged with aggravated battery. Bail was not set.

•William R. Rourk, 50, of Daytona Beach, was arrested Oct. 11 and charged with criminal mischief. Bail was set at $2,500.

•Treyon Lateral Hills, 22, of Daytona Beach, was arrested Oct. 11 and charged with possession of a weapon and ammunition by a felon, and alternation or removal of firearm serial number. Bail was not set.

•Clarence W. Lester Mobley, 21, of Daytona Beach, was arrested Oct. 12 and charged with possession of cannabis with intent to sell and possession of paraphernalia. Bail was set at $3,000.

•David A. Ringling, 29, of Daytona Beach, was arrested Oct. 12 and charged with aggravated assault with intent to commit felony. Bail was not set.

•Charles W. Israel, 43, of Daytona Beach, was arrested Oct. 12 and charged with fraudulent use of personal identification information and grand theft. Bail was set at $5,000.

•Leigh A. Kastner, 47, of Daytona Beach, was arrested Oct. 12 and charged with possession of Oxycodone. Bail was set at $2,500.

•Jamarl W. Mobley, 25, of Daytona Beach, was arrested Oct. 13 and charged with battery. Bail was set at $500.

•Tatiana Herrera, 28, of Daytona Beach, was arrested Oct. 13 and charged with carrying a concealed firearm, resisting an officer without violence, trespass on property other than structure or conveyance and giving false name upon being detained. Bail was set at $1,000.

•William E. Burnette, 43, of Daytona Beach, was arrested Oct. 13 and charged with consume adjacent to alcohol beverage establishment, possession of paraphernalia and a drug offense. Bail was set at $3,200.

•Tremarius L. Golden, 19, of Daytona Beach, was arrested Oct. 13 and charged with tampering with physical evidence. Bail was set at $15,000.

•Brian J. Sims, 37, of Daytona Beach, was arrested Oct. 13 and charged with use two-way communication device to commit felony and sale of Schedule II substance within 1,000 feet of a church. Bail was set at $55,000.

•Trenton L. Jacobs, 25, of Daytona Beach, was arrested Oct. 14 and charged with possession of MDMA and paraphernalia, carrying a concealed firearm and resisting an officer without violence. Bail was set at $3,000.

•Michele C. Morris, 51, of Daytona Beach, was arrested Oct. 14 and charged with carrying a concealed weapon, prostitution and possession of cocaine. Bail was set at $5,500.

•Allyson M. Soine, 35, of Daytona Beach, was arrested Oct. 14 and charged with burglary of an occupied dwelling. Bail was set at $5,000.

•Asia Marie Bruegger, 30, of Daytona Beach, was arrested Oct. 14 and charged with possession of cocaine, methamphetamine and paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,500.

•Steven Michael Johnson, 46, of Daytona Beach, was arrested Oct. 15 and charged with possession of paraphernalia and trafficking in heroin. Bail was set at $5,500.

•Jarivs Ikeia Talton, 33, of Daytona Beach, was arrested Oct. 15 and charged with fleeing or attempting to elude and resisting an officer without violence. Bail was set at $3,000.

•Marquez Deron Garvin, 28, of Daytona Beach, was arrested Oct. 15 and charged with possession of a firearm and ammunition by a felon. Bail was set at $5,000.

Ormond Beach Police Department

•Bryant Eugene Byrd Jr., 56, of Ormond Beach, was arrested Oct. 9 and charged with possession of cocaine, Fentanyl and paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,500.

•Jesse D. Tillman Preira, 27, of Ormond Beach, was arrested Oct. 10 and charged with battery. Bail was not set.

•Michael O. Nealy Jr., 41, of Ormond Beach, was arrested Oct. 13 and charged with possession of Schedule II substance, paraphernalia and heroin and harvesting endangered plant without permit. Bail was set at $6,000.

•Tanya D. Byers, 43, of Ormond Beach, was arrested Oct. 15 and charged with burglary of an occupied dwelling. Bail was set at $500.

Holly Hill Police Department

•Randy Brenard Jones, 25, of Holly Hill, was arrested Oct. 14 and charged with aggravated battery on a pregnant person. Bail was not set.

Volusia County Sheriff’s Office

•Donovan M. Bowen, 26, of Holly Hill, was arrested Oct. 9 and charged with criminal mischief. Bail was set at $2,500.

•Shane Marcus Cox, 19, of Daytona Beach, was arrested Oct. 11 and charged with aggravated fleeing/attempt to elude with serious injury or death, resisting an officer without violence, driving without a driver's license and possession of cannabis and cocaine. Bail was not set.

•Christopher J. Callen, 32, of Daytona Beach, was arrested Oct. 12 and charged with failure of sex offender to properly register. Bail was not set.

•Lionel D. Warren II, 37, of Daytona Beach, was arrested Oct. 13 and charged with false owner information on pawned items, dealing in stolen property and grand theft. Bail was set at $10,000.

•James Leo O'Malley, 54, of Ormond Beach, was arrested Oct. 14 and charged with battery and petit theft. Bail was set at $4,000.

•Caleb I. Miller, 27, of Daytona Beach, was arrested Oct. 14 and charged with fraudulent use of personal identification information and fraudulent use of credit card. Bail was set at $5,000.

•Michael Keith Booth, 61, of Ormond Beach, was arrested Oct. 14 and charged with possession of sexual performance by a child. Bail was not set.

•Dawn Kristen Burell, 38, of Daytona Beach, was arrested Oct. 14 and charged with resisting arrest with violence, burglary with assault or battery and criminal mischief. Bail was set at $5,500.

•Michael Bradley, 19, of Daytona Beach, was arrested Oct. 15 and charged with accessory after fact and criminal mischief. Bail was set at $1,250.

•Stephen Lloyd Butler, 32, of Ormond Beach, was arrested Oct. 15 and charged with possession of Suboxone. Bail was set at $1,500.

•Marie A. Platt, 21, of Daytona Beach, was arrested Oct. 15 and charged with burglary of a dwelling, criminal mischief and petit theft. Bail was set at $3,500.

•Cole Eric Anderson, 30, of Daytona Beach, was arrested Oct. 15 and charged with possession of methamphetamine and heroin and driving while license revoked. Bail was set at $7,500.

•Corey J. McLeod, 19, of Daytona Beach, was arrested Oct. 15 and charged with tampering with evidence and carrying a concealed firearm. Bail was not set.

New Smyrna Beach Police Department

•Derick S. Jones, 24, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested Oct. 12 and charged with aggravated battery on a pregnant person and domestic battery by strangulation. Bail was set at $10,000.

•Leonard J. Annarino Jr., 52, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested Oct. 13 and charged with possession of methamphetamine. Bail was set at $2,500.

•Brendon Paris Clark, 24, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested Oct. 13 and charged with fleeing or attempting to elude. Bail was not set.

•Marilyn Priscilla Hightower, 31, of Port Orange was arrested Oct. 12 and charged with battery on person 65 years of age or older. Bail was not set.

•Emily P. Stonecypher, 22, of Port Orange, was arrested Oct. 13 and charged with aggravated battery. Bail was not set.

•Matthew Carl Shinn, 31, of South Daytona, was arrested Oct. 12 and charged with cruelty to animals. Bail was set at $5,000.

•Frank A. Romano, 66, of South Daytona, was arrested Oct. 12 and charged with battery. Bail was not set.

•Charles M. Auman, 71, of South Daytona, was arrested Oct. 15 and charged with resisting an officer without violence and aggravated assault. Bail was set at $3,500.

DeLand Police Department

•Benjamin F. Knox, 44, of DeLand, was arrested Oct. 9 and charged with resisting an officer without violence and battery on a law enforcement officer. Bail was not set.
