•Dallas J. Mobbs, 32, of Daytona Beach, was arrested Aug. 27 and charged with battery and deprivation of 911. Bail was not set.

•Gerry Lee Battle, 49, of Daytona Beach, was arrested Aug. 27 and charged with battery on person 65 years of age or older. Bail was not set.

•Kathleen Mercado, 39, of Daytona Beach, was arrested Aug. 27 and charged with possession of cocaine, methamphetamine and a Schedule IV substance. Bail was set at $7,500.

•Adrian K. Rivers, 51 of Daytona Beach, was arrested Aug. 27 and charged with possession of cannabis and cocaine. Bail was set at $5,000.

•Haley F. Clarke, 28, of Daytona Beach, was arrested Aug. 28 and charged with possession of methamphetamine. Bail was set at $2,500.

•Lisa Morris, 51, of Daytona Beach, was arrested Aug. 28 and charged with battery. Bail was not set.

•Jason L. McClain, 42, of Daytona Beach, was arrested Aug. 28 and charged with battery. Bail was not set.

•Charles W. Story, 30, of Daytona Beach, was arrested Aug. 28 and charged with possession of MDMA. Bail was set at $2,000.

•Jarviz Ray Mitchell, 31, of Daytona Beach, was arrested Aug. 29, and charged with possession of cocaine, methamphetamine, cannabis and controlled substance without prescription. Bail was not set.

•Nathan B. Potter, 28, Daytona Beach, was arrested Aug. 29 and charged with resisting an officer without violence, possession of methamphetamine, paraphernalia and Fentyanyl, and distributing methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a specific area. Bail was not set.

•Keith M. Kennedy, 62, of Daytona Beach, was arrested Aug. 30 and charged with resisting an officer without violence, battery, burglary with assault or battery and voyeurism. Bail was set at $50,000.

•Kegan J. Sears, 25, of Daytona Beach, was arrested Aug. 30 and charged with resisting an officer without violence, assault and attempt to use identification of another without consent. Bail was set at $3,500.

•Dashawn M. Burrell-Ghee, 29, of Daytona Beach, was arrested Aug. 30 and charged with battery and robbery. Bail was set at $30,000.

•Lekies R. Young, 42, of Daytona Beach, was arrested Aug. 30 and charged with aggravated assault and battery. Bail was set at $7,500.

•Charles A. Badie, 37, of Daytona Beach, was arrested Aug. 30 and charged with domestic battery by strangulation. Bail was set at $5,000.

•Mark L. Hartzog, 61, of Daytona Beach, was arrested Aug. 30 and charged with failure of sexual offender to properly register. Bail was set $30,000.

•Angle A. Acosta, 42, of Daytona Beach, was arrested Aug. 30 and charged with domestic battery by strangulation. Bail was not set.

•Chistopher J. McDonald, 42, of Daytona Beach, was arrested Aug. 31 and charged with aggravated assault and battery, and resisting arrest with violence. Bail was set at $7,500.

•Anthony R. Madaia, 69, of Daytona Beach, was arrested Aug. 31 and charged with battery and robbery by sudden snatching. Bail was set at $20,000.

•Alexandra Parker, 59, of Daytona Beach, was arrested Aug. 31 and charged with battery on person 65 years of age or older. Bail was not set.

•Jeramie Griffith, 48, of Daytona Beach, was arrested Aug. 31 and charged with possession of paraphernalia and Fentanyl and trespass on property other than structure/conveyance. Bail was set at $3,500.

•Adam C. Mesman, 36, of Daytona Beach, was arrested Aug. 31 and charged with disorderly conduct, possession of paraphernalia and methamphetamine. Bail was set at $3,500.

•Kelly C. Cooke, 45, of Daytona Beach, was arrested Aug. 31 and charged with possession of cocaine, Fentanyl and paraphernalia. and keeping public nuisance structure for drug activity. Bail was set at $5,500.

•Joshua A. Rivera, 31, of Daytona Beach, was arrested Sept. 1 and charged with tampering with a witness and battery. Bail was set at $10,000.

•Deon E. Robinson, 23, of Daytona Beach, was arrested Sept. 1 and charged with refusing to leave public property, aggravated assault, battery on a law enforcement officer and principal to resisting an officer with violence. Bail was not set.

•Anthony M. Mascaro, 36, of Daytona Beach, was arrested Sept. 2 and charged with possession of Schedule III substance and paraphernalia, keeping public nuisance structure for drug activity, trafficking in Fentanyl and armed trafficking in methamphetamine. Bail was set at $105,500.

•Jennifer E. Tessier, 37, of Daytona Beach, was arrested Sept. 2 and charged with possession of paraphernalia and a firearm by a felon, and armed trafficking in Fentanyl and methamphetamine. Bail was not set.

•Clarance James Fields, 45, of Daytona Beach, was arrested Sept. 2 and charged with dealing in stolen property. Bail was set at $2,500.

•Kaylie Ellis, 18, of Daytona Beach, was arrested Sept. 2 and charged with possession of paraphernalia, heroin and amphetamine and trespass on property other than structure/conveyance. Bail was set at $6,000.

•Jerkiah A. Jackson, 19, of Daytona Beach, was arrested Sept. 2 and charged with delinquent in possession of firearm or ammunition and discharging a firearm in public. Bail was set at $30,000.

•Gregory J. Handy, 48, of Daytona Beach, was arrested Sept. 2 and charged with career offender fail to register/provide information. Bail was set at $2,500.

Ormond Beach Police Department

•Nicholas R. Pratt, 35, of Ormond Beach, was arrested Aug. 31 and charged with petit theft, criminal mischief and grand theft of a motor vehicle. Bail was not set.

•Roger R. Reigelsperger, 60, of Ormond Beach, was arrested Sept. 1 and charged with possession of Fentanyl. Bail was set at $2,500.

Holly Hill Police Department

•Donovan Micheal Bowen, 27, of Holly Hill, was arrested Sept. 1 and charged with aggravated battery on a pregnant person and tampering with a witness by preventing communication to law enforcement. Bail was set at $5,000.

•Terrel Byrd, 28, of Holly Hill, was arrested Sept. 2 and charged with false imprisonment and battery. Bail was not set.

Volusia County Sheriff’s Office

•Nichole L. Boehm, 34, of Ormond Beach, was arrested Aug. 28 and charged with battery and child abuse. Bail was not set.

•Taylor L. Cooper, 27, of Holly Hill, was arrested Aug. 29 and was charged with driving while license revoked, possession of paraphernalia and methamphetamine. Bail was set at $5,500.

•Dyntaniel J. Keys, 34, of Daytona Beach, was arrested Aug. 31 and charged with driving while license revoked and possession of cocaine. Bail was set at $2,000.

•Keyshaun Ronald Martin, 25, of Daytona Beach, was arrested Sept. 2 and charged with aggravated assault, sale of Fentanyl, unlawful use of a two-way communication device, leaving scene of crash with damage to property and shooting into a building. Bail was set at $200,000.

Volusia County Beach Patrol

•William L. Peterson, 57, of Daytona Beach, was arrested Aug. 27 and charged with possession of paraphernalia and methamphetamine. Bail was not set.

•Tyler Dane Freeland, 19, of Daytona Beach, was arrested Aug. 28 and charged with battery. Bail was not set.

•Gerry Lee Battle, 49, of Daytona Beach, was arrested Aug. 27 and charged with possession of paraphernalia, grand theft of a motor vehicle and driving with license canceled. Bail was set at $7,000.
