•Christopher R. Treiber, 53, of DeLand, was arrested Oct. 3 and charged with attempted purchase of cocaine. Bail was set at at $2,500.

•Michael B. Blackston, 37, of DeLand, was arrested Oct. 3 and charged with attempted purchase of cocaine, possession of paraphernalia and Schedule IV substance. Bail was set at $5,500.

•Luis A. Nieves Rosa, 32, of DeLand, was arrested Oct. 3 and charged with resisting an officer without violence and attempted purchase of cocaine. Bail was set at $3,000.

•Milton Plaza Jr., 48, of Orange City, was arrested Oct. 3 and charged with attempted purchase of cocaine. Bail was set at $2,500.

•James Scott McDonald, 60, of DeLand, was arrested Oct. 3 and charged with attempted purchase of cocaine and possession of paraphernalia. Bail was not set.

•Luis A. Acosta Jr., 52, of DeLand, was arrested Oct. 3 and charged with attempted purchase of cocaine, no valid driver's license and giving false name upon being arrested/detained. Bail was not set.

•Erika S. Tompkins, 40, of DeLand, was arrested Oct. 3 and charged with attempted purchase of cocaine, Suboxone and paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000.

•Christopher S. Cooper, 52, of DeBary, was arrested Oct. 3 and charged with driving with license canceled, and possession of paraphernalia and methamphetamine. Bail was set at $3,500.

•Michael Gale Bissell, 46, of DeLand, was arrested Oct. 3 and charged with a drug offense, driving while license canceled and possession of paraphernalia. Bail was not set.

•Joey L. Hubbard, 30, of Deltona, was arrested Oct. 3 and charged with dealing in stolen property. Bail was not set.
