•Alberto Contreras, 21, of Daytona Beach, was arrested March 19 and charged with battery and false imprisonment. Bail was not set.

•Stefan A. Short, 29, of Daytona Beach, was arrested March 19 and charged with possession of paraphernalia and heroin, and trespass on property other than structure/conveyance. Bail was set at $2,500.

•Linda Louise Markley, 51, of Daytona Beach, was arrested March 19 and charged with a drug offense, possession of cocaine and battery. Bail was not set.

•Michael A. McCall, 43, of Daytona Beach, was arrested March 19 and charged with trespass on property other than structure/conveyance, possession of cocaine and paraphernalia. Bail was set at $2,500.

•Jennifer Louise Lahive, 38, of Daytona Beach, was arrested March 19 and charged with possession of cocaine, paraphernalia and heroin and trespass on property other than structure/conveyance. Bail was set at $6,000.

•Antonio T. Carter, 59, of Daytona Beach, was arrested March 19 and charged with petit theft. Bail was set at $2,500.

•Kai K. Ross, 20, of Daytona Beach, was arrested March 20 and charged with carrying a concealed firearm, introduction of contraband into a detention facility and possession of Oxycodone. Bail was set at $7,500.

•Suzanne Lou Faver, 64, of Daytona Beach, was arrested March 20 and charged with possession of cocaine and paraphernalia and trespass on property other than structure/conveyance. Bail was set at $3,500.

•Leon Carr Jr., 70, of Daytona Beach, was arrested March 20 and charged with possession of paraphernalia and cocaine and trespass on property other than structure/conveyance. Bail was set at $3,500.

•Stephen Michael Heckert, 38, of Daytona Beach, was arrested March 21 and charged with trespass on property other than structure/conveyance, possession methamphetamine and paraphernalia. Bail was set $2,500.

•Kristina N. Turner, 26, of Daytona Beach, was arrested March 21 and charged with battery and burglary with assault or battery. Bail was not set.

•Kenneth Franklin Decker, 72, of Daytona Beach, was arrested March 21 and charged with possession of paraphernalia and cocaine and trespass on property other than structure/conveyance. Bail was set at $3,500.

•Rashad Tillman, 33, of Daytona Beach, was arrested March 21 and charged with petit theft. Bail was set at $10,000.

•Rashon A. Mays, 31, of Daytona Beach, was arrested March 22 and charged with false imprisonment and battery. Bail was set at $3,000.

•Joshua Eli Dornan, 41, of Daytona Beach, was arrested March 22 and charged with possession of heroin and driving while license revoked. Bail was set at $3,500.

•Tyler Joseph Mehl, 29, of Daytona Beach, was arrested March 22 and charged with possession of paraphernalia and heroin. Bail was set at $3,000.

•Andrew I. Levine, 50, of Daytona Beach, was arrested March 22 and charged with carrying a concealed firearm and possession of Schedule II substance. Bail was not set.

•Adrian K. Rivers, 51, of Daytona Beach, was arrested March 22 and charged with possession of cocaine, trafficking in MDMA, possession of a Schedule III substance with intent to sell (Boldenone Undecylenate), deliver/distribute marijuana, trafficking in Fentanyl and no valid driver's license. Bail was set at $37,000.

•Malcolm Hasaan Wims, 29, of Daytona Beach, was arrested March 23 and charged with possession of cocaine, cannabis, paraphernalia and possession of ammunition and firearm by a felon. Bail was set at $10,000.

•Mary Jo Yarbrough, 19 of Daytona Beach, was arrested March 23 and charged with burglary of an unoccupied dwelling. Bail was set at $5,000.

•Christina M. Flemming, 26, of Daytona Beach, was arrested March 23 and charged with aggravated assault. Bail was not set.

•Thomas Wiley Jr., 58, of Daytona Beach, was arrested March 23 and charged with aggravated assault. Bail was not set.

•Jennifer Lee Ocasio, 34, of Daytona Beach, was arrested March 23 and charged with possession of paraphernalia and cocaine and driving with license canceled. Bail was set at $3,000.

•Jeremy Raynard Jones, 29, of Daytona Beach, was arrested March 24 and charged with possession of methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of specific area and amphetamine, grand theft of a motor vehicle, carrying a concealed firearm and trespassing. Bail was set at $5,000.

•Devin T. Favors, 32, of Daytona Beach, was arrested March 24 and charged with unlawful possession of personal identification information, possession of cocaine and tampering with physical evidence. Bail was set at $25,000.

•Maurice L. Fields, 37, of Daytona Beach, was arrested March 24 and charged with trafficking in cocaine, possession of Schedule II substance, tampering with physical evidence and lease rent, possessing structure for traffic or manufacture of controlled substance. Bail was set at $30,000.

•Kevin J. Dixon, 47, of Daytona Beach, was arrested March 24 and charged with abuse of an elderly person or disabled adult. Bail was not set.

•Elizabeth H. Brown, 31, of Daytona Beach, was arrested March 25 and charged with petit theft, trespass on a conveyance, resisting an officer without violence and possession of MDMA. Bail was set at $3,500.

•Christopher D. Morgan, 43, of Daytona Beach, was arrested March 25 and charged with possession of paraphernalia and heroin and trespass on property other than structure/conveyance. Bail was set at $3,000.

•Robert J. Martin, 60, of Daytona Beach, was arrested March 25 and charged with battery. Bail was set at $1,000.

•Carlos D. Toliver, 38, of Daytona Beach, was arrested March 25 and charged with domestic battery by strangulation. Bail was not set.

•Charles E. Hawkins, 52, of Daytona Beach, was arrested March 25 and charged with aggravated assault and battery on person 65 years of age or older. Bail was not set.

•Keandre M. Manning, 20, of Daytona Beach, was arrested March 25 and charged with burglary with assault or battery and battery on person 65 years of age or older. Bail was not set.

•Noah Matthe Motto, 21, of Ormond Beach, was arrested March 24 and charged with leaving scene of crash with death. Bail was not set.

•Jerry L. Thomas, 41, of Ormond Beach, was arrested March 25 and charged with battery. Bail was set at $2,500.

•Derrick W. Bloomfield, 38, of Ormond Beach, was arrested March 20 and charged with battery. Bail was not set.

•Harrison R. Blodnick, 29, of Daytona Beach, was arrested March 23 and charged with sexual battery using force. Bail was not set.

•Dominic L. Hayes, 29, of Daytona Beach, was arrested March 23 and charged with grand theft, robbery by sudden snatching, false imprisonment, tampering with a witness and battery. Bail was not set.

•Daniel M. Stewart, 32, of Ormond Beach, was arrested March 24 and charged with aggravated battery. Bail was not set.

•William J. Tucker, 40, of Ormond Beach, was arrested March 24 and charged with possession of paraphernalia and methamphetamine and grand theft of a motor vehicle. Bail was set at $20,500.

•Andrew Scott Volkmann, 50, of Edgewater, was arrested March 19 and charged with driving under the influence alcohol/drugs and prior refusal to submit to testing. Bail was set at $6,000.

•Jon P. Lytle, 56, of Edgewater, was arrested March 21 and charged with aggravated stalking. Bail was not set.

•Waldo E. Brown, 58, of Edgewater, was arrested March 23 and charged with domestic battery by strangulation. Bail was not set.

•Jody D. English, 52, of Edgewater, was arrested March 25, and charged with possession of methamphetamine and paraphernalia and carrying a concealed firearm. Bail was set at $2,500.

•Stephen W. Veite, 62, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested March 21 and charged with failure of sex offender to properly register. Bail was not set.

•Russell S. Burke, 41, of Edgewater, was arrested March 21 and charged with grand theft, burglary of a dwelling, introduction of contraband into detention facility and possession of methamphetamine. Bail was set $14,000.

•Jessica A. Zaach, 39, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested March 24 and charged with possession of Schedule II substance and New Legend drug without prescription. Bail was set at $4,000.

Port Orange Police Department

•Brian A. Player, 35, of Port Orange, was arrested March 20 and charged with battery and aggravated assault. Bail was not set.

•Nathan Gene Siple, 42, of Port Orange, was arrested March 21 and charged with neglect of a child and driving under the influence. Bail was set at $8,500.

•Michael R. Squadrito, 29, of Port Orange, was arrested March 23 and charged with possession of firearm and/or ammunition by a felon, alternation or removal of firearm serial number and construct possession of firearm by a felon. Bail was set at $15,000.

South Daytona Police Department

•Cory A. Thiess, 29, of South Daytona, was arrested March 22 and charged with fleeing or attempting to elude lights and siren active, leaving scene of crash involving damage, aggravated battery, driving under the influence and driving under influence with damage person/property. Bail was set at at $20,500.

•Jerri Lynn Strickland, 50, of South Daytona, was arrested March 24 and charged with uttering a forgery and dealing in stolen property. Bail was set at $5,000.

Volusia County Sheriff’s Office

•Anna Marie Slover, 39, of Port Orange, was arrested March 25 and charged with driving under the influence and possession of paraphernalia and Oxycodone. Bail was set at $4,000.

DeLand Police Department

•Erin Machelle Robitaille, 38, of DeLand, was arrested March 22 and charged with possession of paraphernalia and Schedule II and IV substances. Bail was set at $5,500.

•Robert L. Cheathem, 52, of DeLand, was arrested March 22 and charged with possession of cocaine. Bail was set at $2,500.

Lake Helen Police Department

•Chase Joseph Haire, 18, of Lake Helen, was arrested March 22 and charged with burglary of a conveyance. Bail was set at $2,000.

Orange City Police Department

•Israel Ortiz, 62, of Orange City, was arrested March 20 and charged with resisting an officer without violence and aggravated assault. Bail was set at $1,000.

•Carlos L. Huff, 37, of Orange City, was arrested March 21 and charged with battery and unauthorized possession of driver's license. Bail was set at $3,000.

•William S. McNeely, 38, of Orange City, was arrested March 24 and charged with a drug offense. Bail was set at $2,500.

• Jeffrey P. Sprung, 42, of Pierson, was arrested March 19 and charged with possession of controlled substance without prescription and paraphernalia, and giving false name upon being detained. Bail was at $4,500.

•Rashelle L. Holloway, 32, of Osteen, was arrested March 19 and charged with failure to redeliver leased equipment. Bail was not set.

•Angelo R. Ramos, 33, of Orange City, was arrested March 19 and charged with burglary of an unoccupied conveyance and attempted burglary of an unoccupied conveyance. Bail was set at $7,500.

•Julian D. Fonseca, 18, of Deltona, was arrested March 19 and charged with tampering with a witness. Bail was not set.

•Joshua D. Mullinax, 35, of DeBary, was arrested March 19 and charged with false imprisonment, tampering with a witness and battery. Bail was set at $5,000.
