Visitors bureau director earns certification

Lori Campbell Baker, executive director of the Daytona Beach Area Convention and Visitors Bureau, has earned the Certified Destination Management Executive credential from Destinations International.

The credential is the only integrated executive program specifically designed for the destination management industry.

Realtor recognized

EXIT Realty Florida recently announced its top-ranking sales representatives for June, including Navin "Nick" Khemlani, a Realtor with EXIT Beach Realty.

Mr. Khemlani achieved the rank of 47 in the category of Gross Closed Commission.

Physician joins medical group

Dr. Jodi Wilder, a family medicine physician, has joined the AdventHealth Medical Group.

The group has more than 300 providers, including 160 primary care doctors and specialists in Volusia, Flagler and Lake counties.

Dr. Wilder cares for patients who are newborns and older. She performs minor dermatology procedures, physicals, and well woman and well child exams.

She is board certified the American Board of Family Medicine. She earned her medical degree from Lincoln Memorial University’s DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine in Harrogate, Tenn. She completed her residency at St. Elizabeth Family Medicine in Edgewood, Ky.

Family medicine physician joins group

Dr. Robert Solomon, a family medicine physicians, has joined AdventHealth Medical Group.

The group of physicians has more than 300 providers in Volusia, Flagler and Lake counties.

Dr. Solomon cares for patients ages two and older and provides routine wellness visits, annual physicals, immunizations and vaccinations as well as work, school and sports physicals.

Investor buys warehouse

Orlando-based NAI Realvest recently negotiated the $1.05 million buy of a 14,400-square-foot warehouse on a one-acre site in DeBary’s Springview Industrial Park, off U.S. 17/92.

Partner Paul P. Partyka represented the buyer, Venilal Enterprises, a Winter Springs-based investor. NAI Realvest team of Kevin O'Connor and Matt Cichocki represented the seller, Harbir Properties of Maitland.

The building, constructed in 2005 at 403 Chairman Court, was 100 percent leased at the time of the sale.

Family medicine physician joins group

Dr. Sue-Ellen Griffith, a board-certified family medicine physician, has joined the AdventHealth Medical Group.

The group has more than 300 providers, including 160 primary care doctors and specialists in Volusia, Flagler and Lake counties.

Dr. Griffith accepts patients 17 years and older and focuses on mental health, lifestyle medicine, women’s health and geriatrics.
