The Ormond Beach Chamber of Commerce will host a Business After Hours Expo from 4 to 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 14, at Bruce Rossmeyer's Daytona Harley-Davidson, 1635 N U.S. 1, Ormond Beach.

Aliki Plaza gets new tenant

Brad Gifford, Associate at NAI Realvest | Charles Wayne recently completed a lease for a new tenant in Aliki Plaza at 400 S. Atlantic Ave., Ormond Beach.

Beach Life Massage, owned by Robert Hunsaker and Yunjiao Wu, signed a lease for 1,200-square-foot at Suite 382.

Mr. Gifford represented the landlord, Aliki Plaza of Ormond Beach, LLC. There are only two spaces remaining in the two-story office/retail property.

OneDaytona partners with FPL on charging stations

OneDaytona, as part of Florida Power & Light's Evolution program, will install six fast-charging ports for electric vehicles.

The program is designed to boost Florida’s electric vehicle infrastructure and support EV adoption across the state. The installation is scheduled to be complete by Aug. 31. The six fast charging stations will be in the parking lot next to Bass Pro Shops.

Each station has CCS and CHAdeMO Level 3 charging connectors used by most EVs. Teslas use a propriety platform, but can still charge there by using an adapter.

The Port Orange-South Daytona Chamber of Commerce will host a Business After Hours from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, April 15, at Daytona Lagoon, 601 Earl St., Daytona Beach.

Dream Finders Homes opens Anna Maria Model

Dream Finders Homes has opened its first model and already has sold more than a dozen houses in the Rivington community along the St. Johns River in DeBary.

The Anna Maria with bonus model is one of six floor plans Dream Finders Homes’ designers created for “how people live today,” according to Gerry Boeneman, president of the company’s Central Florida division.

He said the 3,076-square-foot Anna Maria offers a mix of modern and traditional elements with five bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, an over-sized loft, a first-floor owner’s suite with bay windows and exterior stone work.

The company’s prices in the 296-acre community start in the low $300,000s.
