The Turnstiles

The Turnstiles will perform at the Star Spangled Summer Concert Series. 

The free Star Spangled Summer Concert Series starts May 27 at 7:15 p.m. The Daytona Beach Bandshell welcomes Turnstiles – The Ultimate Billy Joel Tribute Band as they kick off the Concert Series.

Turnstiles brings an energetic show that involves the audience and appeals to a large age group. They re-create Billy Joel's classic songs in renditions that transport the audience back to earlier places and times. Their performance of Billy Joel's popular songs will surely move the casual listener and the dedicated "Joel fan" to their feet to sing along.

Attendees can expect to rock out to hits like “Only the Good Die Young,” “Piano Man,” “New York State of Mind” and “It's Still Rock and Roll to Me.”

The public may bring their entire family. Attendees may bring their own chairs. VIP tickets will be sold on Ticketmaster. Ticketmaster will continue selling VIP tickets to each show through 2 p.m the day before each performance.

Friends of the Bandshell will also sell VIP tickets at the Bandshell on the day of the show at 5 p.m. VIP tickets are $15 per person. Individual chairs will also be available for rent at the Bandshell for $5 each.

Bandshell parking is available at the nearby Ocean Center Garage and surface lots.

The Star Spangled Summer Concert Series is known for bringing the best tribute bands to the beach and continue every Saturday night through Sept. 30.

Fireworks provided by "Bud Light– Lights Up Daytona" will be over the ocean at 9:45 p.m.
