The Boardwalk Merchants and Friends of the Bandshell will present Nuthin’ Fancy, a Lynyrd Skynyrd Tribute Band, at 7:15 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 17, at the Daytona Beach Bandshell.
Nuthin’ Fancy is a band dedicated to re-creating the classic '70s Lynyrd Skynyrd lineup and show. Magnetic front man Tommy Roxx, a Ronnie Van Zant clone, and the Rockin' Nuthin’ Fancy Guitar Army lead this amazing band. The audience can’t help but feel like it’s 1974 all over again.
Nuthin’ Fancy delivers a full 10-piece show with backup singers, sweet piano playing, and all the timeless Southern Rockin’ Skynyrd hits and classics. Attendees can expect to hear all their Lynyrd Skynyrd favorites like “Free Bird,” “Sweet Home Alabama,” “That Smell,” “Gimme Three Steps,” “What’s Your Name,” “Simple Man” and more.
The public is invited to bring the entire family. In order to comply with Volusia County’s standards for Covid-19 events, some adjustments have been made to this year’s concert series.
