The Motowners, a tribute to Motown music, will be at 7:15 p.m., on Friday, June 17, at the Daytona Beach Oceanfront Bandshell.

The Motowners, a Motown tribute, will be presented Friday, and Hotter Than July and All Night Long, Stevie Wonder and Lionel Richie/Commodores tributes, will be presented Saturday at the Daytona Beach Bandshell.

Both shows are at 7:30 p.m.

For the Sounds of Summer Concert Series, The Motowners will perform the best of Motown from the Temptations to the girl groups of the '60s.

The Motowners is the premier Motown revue show and have wowed crowds at performing arts centers and large outdoor events for years.

For the Star Spangled Summer Concert Series, Hotter Than July and All Night Long will perform the bet of Stevie Wonder, Lionel Richie and the Commodores.

All Night Long is a 6-10 piece band fronted by global vocal coach and keys madman, Gerry Williams. Mr. Williams brings an authentic and respected jam of Mr. Richie’s best.

Relive Mr. Richie’s soulful chart topping hits, such as “Brick House” and “Easy Like Sunday Morning” from the Commodores days to solo hits like “All Night Long” and beautiful ballads like “Hello” and “Penny Lover.”

Hotter Than July will perform Stevie Wonder’s greatest hits from “Sign, Sealed, Delivered” to “I Wish.”

Stevie Wonder also is portrayed by the Mr. Williams, who is an industry veteran vocal coach.

The “Bud Light-Lights Up Daytona” fireworks display will be over the ocean after the Saturday show at about 9:45 p.m.

Produced by the city’s Cultural Services division, the Sounds of Summer Concert Series is free to the public with the option to buy VIP seats for $10 plus applicable surcharges. Guests are welcome to bring their own chairs. VIP tickets include a seat. Tickets can be purchased at ticketmaster.com or from 10 a.m. to 5 p. m. Monday through Friday at the Peabody Box Office at 600 Auditorium Blvd. in Daytona Beach.

The Saturday concerts have a similar setup with tickets available at tickemaster.com until 2 p.m. Fridays. Friends of the Bandshell will sell VIP tickets at the Bandshell on the day of the show at 5 p.m.

Sounds of Summer Concert Series sponsors are Hometown News, Beach 92.7 FM, Kix Country 98.7 FM, Kool 100.9 FM, Gary Yeoman’s Ford, Coca-Cola, Bud Light, Dunkin’ of Ormond Beach and Ocean Walk Shoppes.

Saturday concert series sponsors are the Boardwalk Merchants, Friends of the Bandshell, the City of Daytona Beach, Bud Light Seltzer, Ocean Walk Shoppes and the Daytona Beach Area Convention & Visitors Bureau.

Parking is available across the street from the Ocean Walk Shoppes in the Ocean Center parking garage and nearby surface lots.
